Our complimentary Take-Your-Time Process..

..is for those who are concerned about the following:

For those who are retired or close to it and a good fit for our firm, there is no cost or obligation for this process, as we want you to know exactly how we can help you before you pay us a single dollar in fees or trust us with a penny of your nest egg.

  • Will you run out of money in retirement?
  • Am I overpaying my taxes?
  • Is my portfolio suitable for my ideal retirement?

Step 1
Initial Phone Meeting

This 15-minute phone call will allow us to make sure your situation matches our expertise. The thoughtful process outlined below takes time – this phone call reduces the likelihood of wasting your time. If we aren’t a good fit for each other, we will gladly introduce you to a firm better suited to your needs. 

Step 2
First Meeting

The goal of this meeting is to gain clarity on your objectives, concerns, and unique financial situation. Your answers to our questions and the documents we requested will guide our analysis.

Step 3
Our Analysis

We will apply decades of experience, thousands of hours of training, and mentoring by the industry’s top experts to answer the following questions:

  1. Can you afford to retire?
  2. Are you overpaying your taxes?
  3. Can your portfolio be improved?
  4. Can you eliminate or at least reduce threats to your retirement?

Step 4
Second Meeting

During this meeting, we will clearly explain exactly what you need to do to achieve your financial goals, including the answers to the four questions above.

This is where you will see, in dollars and cents, how our firm can improve your finances.

At the end of this meeting, we will ask if you would like to begin working with our firm or if you would like to take more time.

Step 5
Take Your Time

Having collectively practiced financial planning for more than 20 years, we are in no rush for you to decide. Before choosing whether we should work together, you will want to answer the following questions:

  • Do I like, trust, and respect the team at Solana?
  • Will the benefits they provide exceed their cost?
  • Do I understand and agree with their investment philosophy?
  • Do their recommendations make sense to me?

Step 6
Third Meeting/Paperwork

During this meeting, we will answer any additional questions you might have, and if you are ready, start the paperwork to become a client. There is never a hard sell or pressure to say yes. Remember, this is a big decision; you can take your time.
